NON-REFUNDABLE:

All services are non-refundable and non-transferable. Our complete terms, disclaimer, and detailed policies are available on our footer of our website. When you purchase a service, class, product, or event with Christina Armenti, ihealanimals.com you agree and understand our terms, disclaimer, and policies. 

ONLY EXCEPTION GRANTED ON REFUND: 

A service shall only be eligible for a refund if the animal does not grant consent for Reiki energy healing. Please refer to code of ethics. Animals have a choice. In such an event, I, Christina Armenti, will provide the payer with the option to either: (1). Reschedule the session for a subsequent attempt, or 2. Receive a full refund. If on the second attempt the animal does not give consent, I , Christina Armenti will provide a full refund.

RESCHEDULE POLICY: (24) HOUR NOTICE:
Christina Armenti of ihealanimals.com will accommodate rescheduled sessions based on her availability. While animal Reiki healing sessions offer flexibility in that the pet parent need not be present, it is important to recognize that Christina Armenti is often booked. Consequently, consideration of her schedule is essential to ensure the continued provision of excellent service. 

If you need to reschedule, please do so at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment. Christina Armenti will assist the payer in selecting a new date and time for the rescheduled session.
