It is recommended that animals be taken to a licensed veterinarian or licensed health care professional for any ailment they have. 

We highly recommend (and oftentimes require) you to also seek veterinary treatment for medical concerns. We are not veterinarians and we cannot prescribe medications, do diagnostic testing or interpret medical documentation. 

These services are never to be used as a replacement for veterinary treatment, but in conjunction with conventional methods.
