CODE OF ETHICS

At ihealanimals.com, and Christina Armenti we prioritize respect, privacy, and the sacredness of the Reiki exchange, adhering to high standards of integrity. This commitment fosters pure intentions within this sacred practice and nurtures honor, respect, and compassion for everyone involved.

INTEGRITY:

Act with honesty and transparency, avoiding misrepresentation of their skills, services, or the outcomes of Reiki sessions. 

RESPECT:

Treat all animals with kindness, compassion, and respect, recognizing their inherent value and unique needs. Pay attention to the animal's body language and stop if they seem uncomfortable. All animals deserve to be treated with dignity and respect.  

CONSENT:

Obtain consent from the pet parent or guardian before initiating any Reiki sessions, ensuring clear communication about the process. Always obtain consent of the animal before a session. Animals have a choice and I will always ask the animal directly if they want to participate. 

LEAD:

Allow the animal to initiate physical contact. Let the animal move freely in and out of the session space.  

I empower each animal to decide how they wish to receive their treatment; therefore, each session may involve a combination of hands-on, short-distance, and/or distance healing, based on the animal's preferences.

COMPASSION:
I honor animals as my clients and view them as teachers on the path of healing.  As a result, my healing practice is rooted in deep compassion and empathy, reflecting my commitment to supporting animals and having compassion of where they are at on their journey.

GRATITUTE:  

Thank the animal for participating and let go of my expectations about how the treatment should progress and/or how the animal should behave during the treatment, and simply trust Reiki.
